I know some babies don't care for their swings and they wind up being a total waste of space and money, but we LOVE our swing! I moved the swing up into the kitchen and Lela likes to chill in the swing while I cook or clean (or, more likely, play on the internet at the kitchen table). Even though this decor monstrosity is not the most attractive or unobtrusive baby item we own, this chair is worth its weight in gold. Although I am starting to grow tired of "extensive musical selection."
Ahhh....just as I wrote this, Lela started to fuss in her swing. It's great, but it can't work miracles. I'm off to feed the child.
