Is my baby girl angelic or what?! I could watch her sleep for hours. Apparently, so can Shohreh. This is what happens when Hamid and Shohreh come to visit:
The rest of us don't do a whole lot of holding Lela when Maman Shohreh is around. Notice that the rest of us finished eating dinner but Shohreh couldn't bear to put Lela down long enough to eat. Also notice Bella hanging around under the table, hoping Shohreh will drop some food while trying to eat with one hand.
Usually, however, Baba Hamid manages to snatch a few moments of Lela time to himself. Here they are: Baba and Lela . . . staring deep into each other's eyes.
