So, Lela has this thing that she does. When she gets kind of excited about something - especially seeing herself in a mirror - she wrinkles up her nose, smiles with her eyes, leans forward, and kind of hisses. It's weird and hilarious. 
Shohreh is reminded of a baby rattlesnake, but I prefer to think of it as the VAMPIRE BABY! face. 
Does anyone remember the story of Bunnicula, by James Howe? If you never read the Bunnicula series, your childhood was incomplete. Bunnicula was a pet bunny so named because the family found him in a theater after a showing of Dracula. The family cat is convinced the bunny is a vampire and enlists the narrator - the family dog - to defend the family against this undead bunny, who...and this is the greatest part...sucks the juice our of vegetables. Ha! I'm not entirely sure how to tie this story to VAMPIRE BABY other than they are both vampiric and both incredibly cute.
