Our new babysitter/nanny Amy is very creative and she and Lela do all sorts of art projects together. One day, she and Lela decided to write a book about our family.
Our family:
Lela is the large brown one in the middle. She has long curly hair. Mama is next to her, also with long curly hair. She wanted her hair and my hair to be the same. (Awwww) Daddy is on the right, with short hair, and Sasha is on the left with almost no hair. We are all holding hands.
Sasha:
Amy asked, "What does Sasha like to do?" and Lela replied, "Chew on stuff." So, they traced Sasha's favorite teether, Sophie the Giraffe, and colored it in.
Mama:
"What does Mom like to do?" Lela thought for a while and said, "Dance to music." "What kind of music?" "The Beatles." I have no idea why Lela said that about me. I don't think I dance to The Beatles more than the average person, but that's OK. It's cute. This picture shows me (with curly hair and a purple hat on) dancing to CDs (the purple circles). It's unclear what the orange stuff on the bottom left is.
Daddy:
"What does Daddy like to do?" Without skipping a beat, "Napping." Yep. Lela nailed it.
