Genius

Lela started figuring out letters almost overnight.  She has recognized the alphabet since about 2, but now she's really into figuring out what sounds each letter makes and how to write both upper and lower case letters.  Almost out of the blue, Lela figured out how to write her name!  (Looking at an example, of course, but still we were impressed).  She works on her letters all the time now.  Writing has turned into one of her favorite activities.
