We took Lela to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo in February when ShuShu came to visit. We tried to dress her appropriately for the occasion, but we didn't have the right gear. Yes, those are Missoni for Target rain wellies - the closest we owned to boots. Thankfully we had the little cowgirl hat Aunt Cherie bought us when we moved to Texas, so Lela wasn't a total city slicker!
We didn't see much rodeo-ing, but the petting zoo was awesome.

Lela's favorite part was the pony ride. She looks a bit terrified on it, but she was really brave and loved it. Time for Grandma Connie to pony up (so to speak) and get her that long-promised pony!
